TerritoryWise is operated from Singapore and handles personal data under the Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA). This page is written to be read, not to be survived.

What we collect

• Your email address — so we can send your preview and your files.
• The photo you upload and the text you type — so the tool can make the thing you asked for.
• Usage events — page views, previews started, purchases and refunds, tied to a first-party cookie that lasts 90 days. We use no third-party trackers, no ad pixels and no analytics vendors.
• Payment details — handled entirely by Stripe. We never see or store your card number.

How long we keep it

• Uploads and results: deleted within 7 days, automatically, by a scheduled job. This is enforced in code, not by policy.
• Your email: until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete it.
• Purchase records: kept indefinitely (amount, date, job reference — no images). We’re required to be able to evidence a transaction if a payment is ever disputed.

We never train AI on your photos

Your images are sent to our image-generation provider to produce your result and for nothing else. We do not build datasets, we do not fine-tune models on customer uploads, and we do not sell or share your images with anyone.

Who else touches your data

Only the services that make the product work: Supabase (storage and database), fal.ai (image generation), Stripe (payments), Resend (email), Upstash (rate limiting), Cloudflare (bot check), Vercel (hosting). No advertisers, no data brokers.

Age

The Tattoo Try-On Studio is for adults. You must be 18 or older to use it, and the photo you upload must be of you or of someone who gave you permission. We reject anything that indicates a minor.

Your rights

Email hello@territorywire.com to ask what we hold about you, to correct it, or to have it deleted. We’ll do it within 30 days, usually the same day. Every marketing email has a one-click unsubscribe; transactional email about a purchase you made is sent regardless, and carries the link anyway.
