If you don’t love what you got, take your money back. No form, no reason required, no reply needed from us.

How

Every delivery email contains a refund link. Click it and the refund is issued immediately to the card you paid with. You’ll get a confirmation email with the amount. Banks typically post it within 5–10 business days — that part is out of our hands.

The link works for 14 days after purchase. After that, or if you’ve lost the email, write to hello@territorywire.com and we’ll do it manually.

What happens to your files

Refunding revokes your delivery link. If you already downloaded the files, we can’t un-download them and we’re not going to pretend otherwise — we’d simply ask that you don’t use work you didn’t pay for. All files are deleted from our storage within 7 days either way.

If something breaks on our side

If a paid render fails, we refund you automatically and email you to say so. We never keep money for files we didn’t deliver.

What we can’t refund

Nothing — there is no free preview to pay for and no subscription to cancel. The only thing you can ever be charged for is a one-time purchase, and that’s refundable.
